REGIONAL BUSINESS SURVEY, 2009, INTRODUCTION
In the spring of 2009, as the recession was deepening in Vermont, the Workforce Investment Boards representing Bennington, Upper Valley, Rutland and Connecticut River Valley collaborated to survey a sampling of companies in their regions.
